STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
60 Minutes
Warm-Up: Start with mobility drills, light cardio, and movement prep to loosen up and get your body ready.
Strength / Skill: Develop strength, refine technique, or learn a new movement pattern tailored to your level.
Workout: A high-intensity circuit blending weightlifting, cardio, and bodyweight exercises. Every workout has scalable options so all fitness levels can participate.
Cool-DownGuided stretching and recovery work to improve flexibility and leave you feeling accomplished.
FORTITUDE TEENS (Ages 13+)
Our teen classes are designed to build strength, confidence, and athletic ability in a fun, supportive environment. Each 60-minute session includes:
Warm-Up: Dynamic movements and mobility work to prepare the body for safe, effective training.
Strength & Skill: Age-appropriate lifting and bodyweight drills that emphasize proper form, confidence, and steady progress.
Workout: A high-energy session mixing cardio, strength, and teamwork. Scalable options ensure every teen is challenged at their own level.
Cool-Down: Guided stretching and recovery drills to support healthy movement and long-term athletic growth.
FORTITUDE KIDS (Ages 8-12)
Our kids’ classes introduce fitness in a fun, safe, and encouraging way. The focus is on building healthy habits, learning proper movement, and developing confidence. Each 45-minute session includes:
Warm-Up: Fun games and interactive drills that get kids moving, laughing, and excited to train.
Skill Development: Foundational movements taught with age-appropriate progressions to build coordination, balance, and strength.
Workout: A kid-friendly mix of bodyweight exercises, light equipment, and teamwork challenges. Scaled so every child can succeed.
Cool-Down: Stretching, recovery, and playful activities. Ending with encouragement and high-fives.
